Gifts to the Robert Lindley Vann Travel Scholarship help students participate in education abroad-approved programs. Many students have traveled with Lindley over his many years at UMD, and they have fond memories of amazing archaeological sites and unparalleled cultural immersion that is synonymous with the "Vann Experience." This fund will allow more students to have such experiences in various places around the world.
