AFROTC Detachment 330 aims to train and commission the finest officer candidates by emphasizing the Air Force core values, teaching followership and leadership skills and providing opportunities to broaden career choices-all in an atmosphere of camaraderie, motivation and adventure.
We are trying to fund an initiative to boost morale among our Cadets who are without Uniforms by purchasing Detachment Polos for the Cadets to wear. This continues the uniformity throughout the cadet ranks, as it allows the Cadets without an official issued uniform to be able to feel apart of the detachment. Additionally, many of these Cadets are unable to purchase these items on their own.
The funds we raise would go towards purchasing Detachment polos for Cadets without uniforms, as this is an opportunity to unify the cadets, while boosting morale which is the ultimate goal. This shows the importance of maintaining correct uniforms and demonstrate on a large scale the effect that standardization and uniformity has on the cohesiveness and success of a group.
