Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers at University of Maryland is a tight-knit community of curious, motivated, and passionate asian heritage students that strives to develop and explore the STEM career field. Although SASE is an organization, it is at times more like a family. We are closely connected to different collegiate chapters--such as University of Delaware and Drexel University. The chapters gather together to further our network as well as to enhance our professional skills. SASE at UMD is excited to attend the National Conference this year, as it will be the ultimate forum for all the collegiate chapters in the nation to closely interact with STEM professionals to attain different facets of professionalism.
